How a Truck Fundraiser Works

Four simple steps from sign-up to your group's check.

01

Pick your date & spot

Choose a 2–3 hour window and a level lot where the truck can park and guests can line up safely. Schools, churches and sports complexes all work.

02

Rally your crowd

Promote the night to your group — students, families, congregants, fans. The more guests who come eat, the more your organization earns.

03

We cook fresh on site

The truck arrives early, sets up and serves made-to-order smashburgers, boardwalk fries and fresh-squeezed lemonade through your whole window.

04

Your group gets paid

Guests pay at the truck. We cut your organization a check for the agreed percentage of sales after the night — no money handling for you.

Fundraiser Questions

How does a Mallie's Burgers food truck fundraiser work?+

You pick the date and location, we bring the truck and cook everything fresh on site. A percentage of food sales from your event is donated back to your organization — guests eat great food and your group raises money at the same time. Tell us your goal on the booking form and we'll structure the night around it.

What kinds of groups run fundraisers with the truck?+

Schools, sports teams, youth leagues, churches, PTAs, booster clubs, scout troops, nonprofits and community organizations across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. If your group can rally a crowd, a truck night can raise funds for it.

How much money can our group raise?+

It depends on your turnout and the menu. The more guests who show up and eat, the more your group earns. Share your expected headcount on the booking form and we'll walk you through realistic numbers and a donation structure that fits your goal.

What does the truck need on site?+

A level, safe parking spot for the truck with enough clearance for guests to line up. We bring our own cooking equipment and power and clean up our footprint before we leave. Schools and churches usually have a perfect lot already.

How long is a typical fundraiser night?+

Most fundraiser nights run 2 to 3 hours over a dinner or event window. We arrive early to set up and serve the full window so every guest who comes to support you gets fed.

Do guests pay the truck or the organization?+

Guests order and pay at the truck just like a normal event, then we cut your organization a check for the agreed percentage after the night. You don't handle money or food — just bring the crowd.

How far in advance should we book a fundraiser?+

Earlier is better, especially for spring and fall. Send the booking form with your date and goal and we'll confirm availability, then follow up with the details, a contract and a 25% deposit to lock the date.

Can the truck be part of a bigger event or carnival?+

Yes. The truck works alongside bounce houses, games, raffles and other vendors. Tell us what else is happening at your event and we'll fit the service window and menu around the full schedule.
