Do you cater weddings?
Yes. Mallie's Burgers caters weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties and day-after brunches throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Everything is cooked on site from the truck.
What do you serve at a wedding?
100% beef smashburgers, quarter-pound hot dogs, hand-cut boardwalk fries and fresh-squeezed Squeeze & Sip lemonade in 12 real-fruit flavors.
How much does wedding food truck catering cost?
Pricing depends on your guest count, menu selections and service window. We create a custom quote for every wedding — submit the booking form and we'll email details within one business day.
What is the typical wedding service timeline?
We arrive early to set up, serve during your chosen window — often 1.5 to 3 hours — and clean up before we leave. Rehearsal dinners and late-night snack windows can be scheduled separately.
What do you need at the venue?
A level spot the truck can reach and park on, such as a driveway, lot or firm grass area. We bring our own cooking equipment and power. Send your venue details and we'll confirm the setup before the date.
What is included in the wedding catering package?
On-site cooking from the truck, serving staff, disposable plates/napkins/utensils, condiments, setup and cleanup. You pick the menu and we handle the rest.
Can you do a late-night snack after the reception?
Yes. A late-night smashburger and fry service is one of our most requested wedding setups — the truck fires back up toward the end of the night and feeds guests on the dance floor break.
Where can the truck set up at our venue?
We need a level spot the truck can reach and park on, such as a driveway, lot or firm grass area. Send your venue and we'll confirm the setup with you before the date.
Do you cater backyard and outdoor weddings?
Yes. Barn, backyard, park and other non-traditional venues are a good fit because the truck brings its own cooking setup.
How far in advance should we book our wedding date?
As early as you can — peak wedding weekends go first. If your date is close, call or text 610-207-0494 and we'll tell you right away whether the truck is available.
How does payment work for a wedding?
After we quote your event you'll get a secure payment link. A 25% deposit holds the date, sales tax is calculated at checkout, and the balance is due before the wedding.
Is there a contract?
Yes. After you book we email a one-page catering agreement covering your date, venue, guest count and menu. You can sign it online in a couple of minutes.
