Do you cater graduation parties?
Yes. Mallie's Burgers caters graduation parties throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey — backyards, driveways, blocks, parks, schools and rented halls. Everything is cooked on site from the truck.
What do you serve at a graduation party?

Can the truck handle a big crowd of guests coming and going?
Yes. Grad parties usually run as open houses, so guests arrive in waves. Burgers are smashed to order on the griddle and served hot as people show up rather than sitting in trays.
Can you set up in a backyard or on our street?
We need a level spot the truck can reach and park on, such as a driveway, lot or firm grass area. Send your address and we'll confirm the setup with you before the date.
Is there something for kids and non-drinkers?
Squeeze & Sip lemonade is fresh-squeezed in 12 real-fruit flavors, and the quarter-pound hot dogs are a favorite with younger guests.
How far in advance should we book a graduation date?
As early as you can — May and June weekends fill first because most parties land on the same few dates. If your date is close, call or text 610-207-0494 and we'll tell you right away whether the truck is available.
How does payment work?
After we quote your event you'll get a secure payment link. A 25% deposit holds the date, sales tax is calculated at checkout, and the balance is due before the party.
Do we have to sign anything?
Yes. After you book we email a one-page catering agreement covering your date, location, guest count and menu. You can sign it online in a couple of minutes.
