Do you travel into New Jersey for catering?
Yes. Trenton, Mercer County and the surrounding central New Jersey towns are inside our regular PA, DE and NJ service area.
Can you handle permits for a public event?
We provide our licensing and insurance documentation for permit applications. The host or venue usually files the local temporary event permit itself.
How fast is the line?
A short menu keeps things moving. For tight windows we add staff and pre-build to the expected surge rather than slowing the griddle.
Are vegetarian options available?
Yes. Let us know your count of vegetarian or special plates when you book and we bring them labeled and separate.
